Xtimate SEC column is based on porous silica particles matrix, with its surface protected by derivatization with diol functional ligands to prevent interactions with proteins. The dual-bonding mechanism minimizes nonspecific adsorption of water-soluble polymers, proteins, biomolecules, enzymes, and peptides. It is widely used for the separation and analysis of water-soluble polymers and biological macromolecules.

Special packing techniqueand stainless modular column tube ensure the stability of column bed. The theoretical platenumber for 10um column is greater than 35000/m; for 5um column, it is greater than 75000/m.and the peak symmetry is around 0.95~1.20.
