Ultisil Amy-DR is a versatile chiral column designed for the separation of chiral compounds containing aromatic, nitro, carbonyl, amide, amino, carboxyl, cyano, hydroxyl, sulfonyl groups, as well as macromolecules with steric hindrance at asymmetric points. As a modified version of the Ultisil Amy-D column, it is optimized for use with reversed-phase mobile phases.
