Mobile Phase
Mobile Phase A (%): Take 10 ml of 0.25% concentration Ammonium tetramethyl hydroxide, add water to 1000ml, adjust pH to 5.5 by phosphoric acid, then add 0.4ml of 0.1M Disodium edetate;
Mobile Phase B (%): Take 5 ml of 0.25% concentration Ammonium tetramethyl hydroxide, add water to 500ml, adjust pH to 5.5 by phosphoric acid, add 300ml of acetonitrile, add 200ml Methanol, then add 0.4ml of 0.1M Disodium edetate;
