Conclusion:

The mixed control solution was analyzed using a Welch column Ultisil MM C18/SCX (4.6×250mm, 5μm) under this chromatographic condition. Tranexamic acid, aminobenzoic acid, p-toluic acid and p-methylcyclohexanecarboxylic acid were eluted in sequence with a separation degree of 2.97, 22.7 and 8.1, respectively, which all met the analysis requirements.
