Conclusion:

 Welch column was used to analyze the system suitability solution under this chromatographic condition. The Ultisil PAH column (4.6×250mm, 5μm) showed better separation between the targets in the analysis results, while the Topsil C18 (4.6×250mm, 5μm) column met the requirements and had a high cost-performance ratio, meeting customer requirements.
