Conclusion:

The mixed control solution was analyzed under this chromatographic condition using a Welch column Ultisil SiO2 (4.6*250mm*5μm). The retention times of 4-pyridinecarboxylic acid and 4-piperidinic acid were 6.35min and 9.32min, respectively, and the separation degree between them was 19.2, both meeting the analysis requirements.
