Conclusion:
Welch column Xtimate C8 (3.0×250mm, 3μm) was used to analyze the VB12-related substance solution under this chromatographic condition. The chromatographic peaks were in the order of substance H, VB12, A, C, D, E and substance B, and the separation degrees were 30.3, 12.4, 2.2, 4.9, 1.6 and 4.0, respectively. The reproducibility verification results were good and met the analysis requirements.
