Determination of Acetaminophen in Pork

Range of Application

It is suitable for the determination of acetaminophen residue in muscle, liver and kidney tissue of cattle, sheep and pig (pork was selected as matrix in this experiment).

Purification Steps

SPE column: Welchrom®BRP column, specification: 60 mg/3mL.

Activation: 3 mL methanol, 3 mL water, discard

Sample loading: load all the samples, discard

Flushing: 3 mL water, 3 mL 5% methanol, discard

Elution: 4 mL methanol, blow the eluent to dry at 40℃ nitrogen, and add it to 1 mL with the mobile phase

Chromatographic Conditions

Column: UItisil®XB-C18,4.6×250 mm, 5μm.

Mobile phase: methanol: 0.05 mol/L ammonium acetate solution=2:8

Flow rate: 1 mL/min

Column temperature: 30℃

Injection volume: 50 μL

Wavelength: 250 nm
