🤝New Partnership of Welch Materials India Pvt. Ltd.

We are thrilled to announce that Nimesh from our Gujarat Dealer, Agile Diagnostics, will be joining Welch Materials India Pvt. Ltd. as the new General Manager/Managing Director effective July 1st, 2024.

Nimesh brings extensive experience and expertise, which we believe will significantly contribute to our company's growth. Alongside Nimesh, Sanket and Daksh from Agile will join our board of directors, with Bingfang Tu from Welch China also being appointed as a Director.

Jack Zhao will continue to provide leadership as the Chairman of the Board. This new leadership team, with their strategic vision and dedication, is set to steer Welch India towards new heights.

Additionally, Nimesh, Sanket, and Daksh will be taking equity stakes in Welch India, marking the beginning of a long-term, healthy collaboration.
