New Product Release: Agarose-Based High-Performance Protein A Affinity Chromatography Resin Packing Materials

Monoclonal antibodies have uniform chemical properties and strong specificity, making them a widely used biopharmaceutical. Protein A affinity chromatography resin packing materials, due to its specific binding properties and powerful monoclonal antibody purification capabilities, has become an indispensable material in the production process of monoclonal antibody drugs.

Protein A Tanrose 4FF affinity chromatography medium

Welch Materials has utilized genetic recombination technology to redesign and develop a resilient alkaline-resistant, highly active protein A, and independently synthesized a high hydrophilicity, large pore size, high pressure-resistant, high capacity Protein A affinity chromatography product: Protein A Tanrose 4FF.

Protein A Tanrose 4FF affinity chromatography medium

The Protein A Tanrose 4FF chromatography medium introduced by Welch Materials utilizes high-flow agarose as a framework, with rigidity and mass transfer properties superior to traditional 4FF agarose frameworks.

03 High Alkaline Resistance

Under conditions of 25℃, the "Protein A Tanrose 4FF" packing material was immersed in a 0.5M NaOH solution for 25 hours, and the change in dynamic binding capacity after alkaline immersion was tested. The results showed that the dynamic binding capacity of the packing material decreased by less than 10% after soaking in 0.5M sodium hydroxide for 25 hours.

The dynamic binding capacity change graph of the packing material after soaking in 0.5M sodium hydroxide for 25 hours is not provided.
