Conclusion:

Using Welch Xtimate® UHPLC C18 2.1×150mm, 1.8μm, the recovery rates of beclomethasone, flunisolide, desonide, fluocinonide, flurandrenolide, prednisolone acetate, flumethasone, and fludrocortisone acetate in cosmetic water are 93.2%, 95.1%, 89.5%, 95.6%, 87.8%, 93.7%, 94.3%, and 102.3% respectively. The sample recovery rates meet the requirements.
