Conclusion:
Using Welch Xtimate® UHPLC C18 2.1×150mm, 1.8μm, the recovery rates of dexamethasone, betamethasone, prednisone, difluprednate, hydrocortisone, cortisone, methylprednisolone, and flumethasone in cosmetic water are 106.1%, 97.5%, 93.2%, 89.4%, 87.4%, 108.5%, 98.5%, and 94.9% respectively. The sample recovery rates meet the requirements.
